Payment & Session Terms

Booking a session with me means you’re securing time in my limited consulting calendar. To protect that time (and yours), these terms apply:

1. Payment & Booking

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
  • All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST (if applicable).
  • Bookings are processed through Stripe.
  • Your booking confirms your agreement to these terms.

2. Availability & Scheduling

  • Consulting sessions are held only on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
  • My availability is intentionally limited so I can deliver high-quality, focused work. This means missed sessions or short-notice reschedules impact both my schedule and other clients' ability to book in.
  • Please book with this in mind and respect that rebooking options are limited.

3. Session Recordings & Transcripts

  • All sessions are recorded (audio or video) to allow me to provide you with a transcript after the call.
  • If you do not wish to be recorded, you must notify me before the session.
  • Without a recording, I won’t be able to provide a transcript or a detailed summary.
  • These sessions move quickly and are intentionally unstructured — I do not take live notes or provide a written recap in lieu of a transcript.
  • By opting out of recording, you acknowledge that you are forfeiting this part of the session’s value. No alternative format, follow-up, or refund will be provided.

Tech Disclaimer:

While every effort is made to ensure recordings and transcripts are successfully captured, technical issues can occasionally prevent this. If a session fails to record due to circumstances outside my control (e.g. Zoom failure, connectivity issues, file corruption), no transcript or summary will be available, and no refund or rebooking will be offered.

4. No-Shows & Late Attendance

  • If you do not attend your session at the scheduled time (a no-show), your session is forfeited and non-refundable.
  • Late arrivals will not extend your session time. Please arrive on time so you get the full value.

5. Reschedules & Cancellations

  • You may reschedule once, with at least 24 hours’ notice, at no charge. I’ll do my best to offer alternative availability, but slots are limited.
  • Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice may not be accommodated and may result in forfeiting your session.
  • If you cancel entirely with more than 48 hours’ notice, you’re eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled session are non-refundable, as I’m unlikely to fill the slot at short notice.

6. Scope of Services

  • Sessions are designed to offer marketing guidance, strategy, and support based on your business goals.
  • I do not offer legal, financial, or accounting advice.
  • Outcomes depend on your implementation and follow-through; I’ll bring my expertise and insight, but results are a collaborative effort.

A Note on Respecting the Work

My consulting model is intentionally small and personal. I work closely with a limited number of businesses each week, so every booking matters. These terms are in place to help protect that time and ensure I can show up for you with full attention, clarity, and care.
